I have never recommended a service with all 'perfect', but I feel that Ryan is well deserved of receiving the highest rating in all areas. He knows the area extensively. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the complete process - including all of the 'business' aspects of the sale. The seller, at best, was quite challenging, and Ryan kept communication positive & was definitely on top of his game!! He is very personable, calm & professional.
